He is the Managing Director and Chief Business Officer of the Vulano Group, LLC, a San Antonio, Texas and Vail, Colorado creative technology company with incentive expertise in the areas of intellectual property and patent protection. Mr. Kauss served as Assistant Secretary of the United States Department of Commerce during the Reagan Administration and is a long time investor and developer of a wide variety of projects in Mexico. He earned a BJD from The University of Texas at Austin.

V. Seenu Reddy, M.D., M.B.A., F.A.C.S. is an Advisory Board Member for Vantage Bank Texas. He is an eminent Doctor that has published numerous articles and abstracts. Dr. Reddy is a Thoracic Surgeon and an Associate Professor of Surgery for The University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio. He also serves as the Director of Thoracic Aortic Surgery for UTHSCSA. Dr. Reddy is a Staff Physician at the University Hospital and Christus Santa Rosa Hospital. In addition, he serves on the Board of the American Heart Association. He is a member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons and Southern Thoracic Surgical Association. Dr. Reddy earned a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College, Magna Cum Laude. He earned a Medical Degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine with honors and a MBA from Vanderbilt University Owen School of Management with honors.

Abe Wilson is an Advisory Board Member for Vantage Bank Texas and Family Bancorp, Inc. He is currently counsel to the law firm of Wilson, Trevino, Freed, Valls and Trevino located in Laredo and is a member of the Laredo Webb County Bar Association. He also advises the D.D. Hachar Charitable Foundation which provides scholarships to low income students in the South Texas area. He has represented international clients from various parts of the world including providing assistance to both European and North American investors in the formation of a private bank in Gibraltar offering sophisticated international banking services to international bank clientele. He began his career in banking when he became involved in the Bank of Commerce in Laredo and served as President. Mr. Wilson then assumed the responsibility of leading a newly formed national bank in Laredo, the City National Bank, and served as President. He then resumed the legal practice having obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from The University of Texas School of Law.
