Guy Bodine is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Vantage Bank Texas. Mr. Bodine started his banking career with Austin National Bank in 1965 and entered that bank’s management training program in 1969. He held a variety of lending, management and senior management positions throughout and in 1984 was named President of the Austin General Banking Division. He held that position until 1990 when he was promoted to Commercial Banking Executive for Texas. In 1999, he was named President and Consumer Banking Executive for Texas with Bank of America. This was shortly followed by his promotion in 2000 to Commercial Growth Executive for the 10 state Central Banking Region. Following his 37-year banking career in Texas, Mr. Bodine joined Wachovia as the Chief Executive Officer of the Central Banking Group of Wachovia Bank and was a Senior Executive for all Wachovia’s business segments operating in the region, which covered four states: Texas, Colorado, Kansas and Illinois beginning in 2004. Mr. Bodine has been an active member of the Texas communities in which he has lived and currently serves on the Governor’s Business Council. He is an immediate past member of the Southern Methodist University Tate Distinguished Lecture Series Board of Directors. He is a former Vice Chairman of the regional bankers committee for the Texas Bankers Association Board of Directors and has served on the Board of Trustees for the United Way of Dallas, San Antonio and Austin. He is a former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of St. Edward’s University in Austin, where he led the University through its most ambitious fundraising period in school history and now holds the title of Trustee Emeritus.
Mr. Bodine is a graduate of St. Edward’s University with a degree in Business Administration. In addition, he is a graduate of both the National Commercial Lending School and the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking. He has also attended The Center for Creative Leadership’s “Leadership at the Peak” program and The Tathum Group’s Process Management School.

Heriberto “Berto” Guerra, Jr. is the Vice Chairman for Vantage Bank Texas and Family Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Guerra is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Avanzar Interior Technologies, the largest supplier to the Toyota Tundra manufacturing facility in San Antonio, Texas. He also serves on the board of directors of Cinemark Theaters and National Young Life. Prior to organizing Avanzar Interior Technologies, Mr. Guerra was an executive officer at AT&T in San Antonio, Texas. |

James W. Collins is a Board Member for Family Bancorp, Inc. and a Board Member for Vantage Bank Texas. He is currently General Partner of Rioco Partners, LTD., a property management and real estate development company. He also currently serves as President of Mayfair Properties, LLC. Mr. Collins is a Director for several organizations including Alta Canada, Petroleum Solutions, R & H Food Services, and South Texas GMC. Mr. Collins is very active in his community by serving as Director on community boards such as Texas Business Hall of Fame and the Rio Grande Valley Business PAC. He is the Co-Trustee for the Ely Unitrust for the Rio Grande Children’s Home, the Manager and Director for the James W .Collins Family Foundation and the Manager, Director and Treasurer for the Loring Cook Foundation. Mr. Collins earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He and his wife, Kathy, have five children.

Rafael G. "Rafa" Garza is an Advisory Board Member for Vantage Bank Texas and a Board Member for Family Bancorp, Inc. He is the founder and managing director of Bravo Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on providing capital to small and middle market companies serving the US Hispanic and Mexico markets. For the past 15 years, Mr. Garza has worked with or invested in businesses benefiting from the U.S. Hispanic and Mexican market growth and serves on the board of several private companies including Border Media Partners and Waldos Holdings, LLC. Mr. Garza is a member of the New American Alliance which is dedicated to increasing access to capital for Hispanic companies and serves on board of advisors of The Marathon Club an organization focused on entrepreneurial deal making in Americas Emerging Domestic Market. Mr. Garzas community involvement includes serving as trustee of Texas Christian University, trustee of Cook Children’s Foundation, board member of Lena Pope Home and trustee of Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth. Mr. Garza earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Accounting degree from Texas Christian University. |

Eduardo "Wayo" Salido, Jr. is a Board Member for Vantage Bank Texas. He is the President and founder of Cobalt Construction in Laredo, Texas, a general contracting firm specializing in industrial and commercial construction. Mr. Salido is also a real estate developer with projects in Laredo, San Antonio and South Texas. Mr. Salido earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas. |

Carroll Summers is a Board Member for Vantage Bank Texas. He was formerly a Director of South Texas National Bank in Laredo for 27 years. He has been a rancher for 48 years in Webb County, where he operates and manages his family ranches. In addition, he is involved in various investments and real estate developments in the Laredo and San Antonio area. Mr. Summers earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Citadel. |
