*The Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is accurate as of 03/18/2011. The Annual Percentage Yield (“APY”) is subject to change without notice, and is subject to change daily. Certificates of Deposit (“CD”) Annual Percentage Yield (“APY”) are subject to change at any time and are not guaranteed until the CD is opened. Fees or early withdrawal penalties could reduce earnings on the accounts. The Annual Percentage Yield (“APY”) is calculated based on the statement cycle of the deposit account or the interest paid at CD maturity on terms less than 12 months, semi-annual on over 12-month CD maturities. Each “Average Balance Tier” shown reflects the current minimum average balance required to obtain the applicable Annual Percentage Yield. “Maturity Terms” refers to the length of time the certificate of deposit will be held until the maturity date of the certificate of deposit.  The minimum current balance is used to determine the first tier in which interest would be earned. We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day. All accounts are FDIC insured to the maximum allowed by law.

*For Certificates of Deposit (“CD”) at maturity term end, you have a 10 day grace period during which you can:
·         Let your CD renew automatically at the current rate
·         Withdraw all or part of your deposit
·         Select a new term
·         Make one additional deposit

*Fees are imposed for early withdrawal of certificates of deposit (“CD”). Early withdrawal fee will be determined by the greater of 3 months of interest or the minimum of $25.00, on all CD terms. Fees may reduce earnings and annual percentage yield, and may reduce the principal balance, if the accrued interest is not sufficient to cover the early withdrawal fee. Fees and early withdrawal penalties are subject to change without notice.
